Hong Kong One - Rochester

I like the people that own this place. Very nice and welcoming. Great food.

Best option I’ve found in Rochester, and surely in the Irondequoit area itself. The food is pretty good standard fare Chinese, wait times for pick up are low, and iSquare itself is a nice enough locale to eat in. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is really superb. I asked for egg in my rice (something that isn’t normally done/on menu) and they obliged me no problem. Likewise, I asked if they could do a mild General Tso’s and they were more than happy to accommodate. Rare to find good customer service in this day and age and area, so if for that alone, I will continue to support them.

First tried their food about two years ago, and since then we have returned many times.. I'm partial to the General Tso chicken.. not heavily battered, always crispy and their sauce is one of the best I've found in the Rochester area. The portions are pretty large, prices are very fair, and the staff is always friendly, polite, and accommodating to any requests.. every time I ask for extra sauce in my order, they ALWAYS do it correctly, which I can not say for other Chinese restaurants around here.. another thing that I have been impressed with, is when you call an order in to be picked up at a particular time, they have it ready and being bagged up fresh and piping hot almost right to the minute! highly recommend them for a great meal without complaints

Always enjoy the tasty food here. As far as we're concerned, this is the best in town. The staff is so friendly toward us. The price of combos is so reasonable. We love it!

Love the food, all the classic Chinese Americanized dishes… lots of flavor and the staff always goes the extra mile.
