Mamasan's Noodle Caboodle - Rochester

Great food and service. from the minute we went, we were bigger and felt like we had entered someone at home. I loved the mix of people from family to college students. I would recommend the pho.

The appetizer was the bean cake that was super delicious. main dish was the sweet and spicy special rice dish with pork. absolutely delicious. kicked it a kerbe with some of the garlic chili sauce on the table. bam! it was great. would do it again.

That was one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! the service was so at point and the food was excellent. will be back!

I was working near the hospital when I decided to stop by this restaurant and parked in their parking lot to check out their menu on my phone. I was considering whether to place an order to go or dine in. However, a man came out and rudely asked me to leave, even though there were plenty of empty parking spots nearby. He claimed the restaurant was very busy, even though it was practically empty. I explained that I had only been there for a couple of minutes to look at the menu, but he accused me of lying. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by an employee before. The customer service was terrible. Although I understand that people sometimes park there without dining, I felt unfairly targeted in this situation. The man's attitude was unpleasant and unwelcoming. As a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant. I ended up going to McDonald's instead.
