Mcdonald's - Rochester

Idk, but I went to this exact mcdonald’s and the guy in the 1st window was the sweetest guy I've ever seen in mn, just thought that id share that with ya’ll.

So 2 stars is only based on the food. Which aside from being the correct order and doing the job of feeding me was ok. The service was decent to …….until I sat down to look around. The floor was sopping wet as they had just mopped but they had the wet floor sign on a dry spot. Some one could slip and hurt them selves. Then the same employee who was cleaning the dining room went to restock the drink area she put the lids and other necessities on the counter restocked the station and didn’t wipe down after. That would have been fine but then maybe 5-10 minutes later a person who I assume is the manager I’m not sure went to fill the ice machine and broke SO many OSHA rules and just common sense rules like don’t stand on a slippery counter to fiddle with the ice machine. I was gonna refill my drink but not anymore. For your health stay as far away from this one as humanly possible.

Clean and timely service. The food was typical McDonald's. Playplace is temporarily closed.

This place always closes at least 15-20 minutes early. They have the worst service of any McDonald's here in Rochester. I have attempted to order a latte 3 separate occasions in the evening 1.5 or 2 hours prior to closing and they tell me they've shut the latte machine down for the night. I left and went to another McDonald's and got it just fine. I now drive out of my way to go to another McDonald's to avoid this one.

Please fix the pop machine, the Coke is not as good as it used to be. It's starting to taste like burger kings (not good! . Giving 3 stars because the food is good, but my whole point of going to McDonald's is for decent Coke. Edit... the Coke has gotten worse!!! It's so watered down!!!
