Mcdonald's - Rochester

I wanted to order the breakfast and the hired was rude and told me that what I wanted was not something they did, and when I told her that it was a sign right next to the drive through her did not believe me. wanted an egg mcmuffin with steak, that was on the sign as something to try. a picture of the sign and the left will not come back to this place.

I ordered a sharp crispy chicken sandwich, and they gave me a miccup. obviously amazed me as a mcchicken is on the dollar menu and the sand I ordered is 5,85

Her two lane system is a sweat, she routinely mix up orders. do not leave the order window until they check their order or they will be disappointed when they come home.

I was eager to come in and get me a steak bagel when I was soouo excited to see that they brought her back. immediately after I came to this situation, the manager went right behind me. immediately after removing his coat without washing the hands, grab my food and give it to me. when I placed my order, I asked that it be made a certain wise with a sweet tee without ice. I got my sandwich made wrong and the manager took it back to make it back. I was then with my sweet tee with a lot of ice and I asked that I have ordered a new one, as I did without ice, and the manager told me: "I was really a pain in the neck" first, when I tell them before the front, as I want to eat my food, that's what I expect. if a mistake is made because mistakes happen. it could have been removed without the sarcasm! my cash was absolutely amazing however. because of the manager sarkasmus I have never expressed myself in such a matter! very bad customer service and receiving it from the loader was extremely unprofessional!

McDonald's use to be the best place to get a quick hot meal. Now no matter what time of the day you go there the food is cold and the french fries are old and stale.Food: 1/5
