We finally figured out that you can call ahead of time to reserve one and it was so worth it!!! The chicken pot pie was amazing. Can't wait to try some others!
The pot pies here at Newbury Park Pastries have some kind of magical potion or something that put them on a whole new level. Every time I have a pot pie from someplace else (even a place that specializes in them! I'm instantly reminded that I shouldn't even bother, because nothing will ever be as good as what Kate is making here.I first discovered Newbury at a food tasting event with 20 different stations featuring local chefs, and Newbury was the only one I wanted to keep returning to for seconds, and thirds and fourths....If you live in the area and haven't stopped in here for anything, you're entirely missing out.
Fresh delicious treats! I love to support local businesses and Newbury Park Pastries is an excellent source for fresh desserts and hearty pot pies to pop in my oven for a no-mess homemade dinner. You must check out this local treasure! It will be your new go-to for a fresh yummy meal... and dessert!
Great dinner pies. Chicken, beef, pulled pork and more. Always a weekly special. They sell out quickly. Small pie serves 2 and is $15. Large pies are $22. Prices can vary for specialty pies. 4 stars because last time I went they were sold out. Learned to call ahead.
I always keep at least one pot pie in my freezer, no matter what time of year! I love trying the specialties and preordering makes picking my pies up a breeze. They have best rugelach and sugar cookies in town too!
