Panera Bread - Rochester

The food is usually great. I take off a star because occasionally they are out of some of the menu items we like and not a fan of the parking in this plaza. Sometimes you can't find a seat due to the students from the school across the street. Otherthan that, doesn't stop me from coming in if the mood strikes.

The curbside pickup service is abysmal. It took them 20 minutes to prepare a salad, and 10 additional minutes to actually walk the salad to my car. What is even the point? Worst of all, I had to call to actually get them moving, asking where was my food,then surprise, it shows up. no one apologize for the absurd delay. The food was also less good than when I order it inside:barely any protein and definitely not enough dressing. I cannot recommend this specific location of Panera.

Had problems here consistently. I am more than willing to accept supply chain problems/expanding circumstances, but I have a hard time with exceptionally rude employees who are not able to work with me. for example, I have here at more than one occasion where they have said that they have no bread for the side, but if I ask if there is another possibility to have with my suppe and everything I get is an empty star and grunts it a little frustrating. slow service to boot. regarding eating, while not this situation mistake, I was disappointed, like the usual panini and sandwich options were removed and replaced by fast food chicken sandwiches that would not be out of place at a burger king (plain brötchen and a generic chicken patty only not what they want from a panera.)

I'm a doorman, and this place is a nightmare! the workers are extremely rude, a blonde girl with a pony dick interrupted me and ordered me not asked me to move away from theke when I tried to confusing order that took a long time. if they care not only about how to eat, but how the workers treat the people who supply to them, please order them from somewhere else!

Ate breakfast there on 10/2/22. Had a very yummy breakfast sandwich. However, it seemed to take forever to come. Granted, they were very busy, and I’m sure they were short staffed like every other restaurant in town right now. On the other hand, it gave me a good long time to catch up with the girlfriend I had met there for breakfast! Would absolutely go back.
