I got the Meat Man pizza and it is exceptional! Thick slices, extra cheesy, lots of toppings, true an excellent pizza. This place definitely deserves the title of best in town and I could easily see them being an award winning pizza shop if they aren 't already.
I got a pesto artichoke and tomato pizza, and my boyfriend got pepperoni. The Detroit style pizza is absolutely amazing. The crust is just the right blend of puffy and crunchy. The pesto sauce didn’t do it for me personally (hence the 4/5 instead of 5/5), but my boyfriend loved the pepperoni. Great atmosphere and helpful staff.Parking: It’s just around the corner. Plenty of spots were available.
Delicious pizza! The crust is crispy and chewy and just under the toppings is soft and fluffy. Most thick crust pizza is too floury and dry for me but this was perfection. The edges have a thin layer of crispy cheese on it, I thought it might be too much cheese or taste burnt but it wasn 't. Toppings are high quality and plentiful. We ordered to go but saw plenty of seating inside so we bought drinks and ate thereA few tiny negatives, but I won 't take away a star because the pizza is just that tasty. And I don 't even really like pizza that much. 1 Parking is atrocious. I couldn 't even see a place to park on the street, we tried 3 different spots and moved before we realized there are 3 spots to the left of the door. But then we got semi blocked in by a curb. I would risk a ticket for this pizza however. (This could be a me problem, I 'd look more carefully for street parking next time. 2 Order directly from their website. If you order from Google it shows you 5 different choices for who to use. If you notice the business prefers one, great. Semi confusing for an old lady like me. 3 Apparently I 'm too slow. Before I ordered it said 25 30 minutes. Once I click submit order I got a popup. There was an error placing your order!Your order time is no longer available. The new time for your order is 40 minutes. 40 minutes was fine so I double checked my email to make sure it really didn 't go through, then I clicked submit order. Well I took too long lmao so I got another popup There was an error placing your order! Your order time is no longer available. The new time for your order is 25 minutes. So I clicked that button immediately and it went through. But I wasn 't entirely sure that I hadn 't just spent $150 on 9 boxes of pizza. Spoiler I did not. Long story short go to Pizza Wizard.
Some of the best pizza in Rochester. Something for EVERYONE. Dietary restrictions? No problem. Plenty of GF and Vegan options! As someone with a severe dairy allergy, it 's hard to find pizza. At pizza wizard I can enjoy a pizza with vegan cheese, while my friends can have a normal pizza! The crust is unbeatable. Toppings are superb. They even partnered up with The Little Brownie co. For vegan treats!Love supporting this business. And if you haven 't tried em, go!Staff is always friendly and helpful as well!Vegetarian options: So many veggie options! And imitation meats!Dietary restrictions: Vegan cheese! Vegan wings!Kid-friendliness: Claw machine! Desserts!
I grabbed a very reasonably priced 2 slice and drink deal as takeout. The thin crust pepperoni with garlic and tomato was tasty, but seemed a bit on the old side. I'd definitely recommend ordering ahead and getting a freshly made pizza, which I plan to do next time.Parking was difficult. The lot is small, and most of the adjoining businesses lay claim to the available spots. I don't knock Pizza Wizard for that, though, that's just part of the challenge of running a business in Rochester.Parking: Parking is nearly non-existent. There are a few open spaces nearby, but most are owned by other businesses that have put out signage about their parking being specifically NOT for people getting pizza.
