Eating was great (it is like tgifridays in the dining room, so expect TGIFridays style pricing,) staff was wonderful. I ordered the wrong drink and despite my fault they replaced him for free. then I was told after a nice meal that someone paid my bill for me. happy christmas to this person for their friendliness)food 5/5

My daughter I had a tasty lunch in the henrietta ny red robin we mozzarella cheese crooks, groundless beside salads, she loved the whiskey river chicken on Sesam-Samen-Bunge I had the classic grilled chicken on a baptism. kellnerin kayla was great! food: 5/5

I had really high expectations of this place, as I got many recommendations from my friends. Unfortunately, I had no luck getting a good experience. I ordered the scorpion burger who came with a totally burned patty. the introduction couldn't tell me that the waitress changed my mind. the burned patty gave a terrible taste (they can even see it in the picture I uploaded) I also ordered steak frits with which I shocked were only simple pommes. quite confusing menu names will not lie. the waitress seemed quite professional with the way she took our order in a moment, so 2 stars for her. we also went at 9:30 a.m. and the shakes were no longer on camp.

They were not in one place and was pleasantly surprised with the new menu options. it was quite empty, but very well occupied, without doubt ready for the coming haste. service was great although I didn't get the right burger I had ordered, but no biggie, nor tasty. the only negative experience was when a female worker who went behind near the toilets to hit their marihuana bowl while in service, and the smell broke back into the restaurant.

Food is good, environment and service not so good. We went there for a family celebration of our anniversary. 5pm on a Wednesday, we figured it wouldn't be busy. The place is COLD! I mean leave your jacket on, it's as cold inside as it is outside!It was not busy. The waitress/bartender wouldn't step up to the table. Covid concerns? Did we look dirty? I mean we did come from work but we work in a school and an office. It's hard to tell me the specials and about the happy hour deals when you're standing 6-8 feet away!The food took forever to come out, 30 minutes on a not very busy day. And then it was delivered to the wrong table. OK, eyebrows raised at that but hopefully the family it was delivered to didn't sneeze on the food. And the sides were wrong. Guess it's hard to hear clearly when you're not standing close to the customer to get their order. Of course, once the food is delivered, you don't need to come back to the table for anything, right? Who needs napkins or to reorder sides? Oh but you can stop by to say bye and we can pay on the table top kiosk.This is the most convenient Red Robin to us, but if we have a hankering for a burger again, we may look for a different Red Robin, or another restaurant altogether. Yeah, we didn't tell anyone it was our anniversary, but did we need to?
