The staff believes that the latte and cappuccino are prepared to perfection.

I ordered a large brown sugar beet espresso, a drink I've had many times before, but never from this establishment. When it was served, it was as white as snow, indicating they clearly made it incorrectly, as it was overloaded with milk. When I brought this to the attention of the woman at the counter, I was told I needed to reorder and pay for another drink. I explained that I frequently order this beverage and it should not look like this, but they insisted I should pay again. It’s frustrating that they won’t acknowledge their mistake instead of making the customer bear the cost. The staff was quite rude and unwilling to correct their error. I recommend they check the recipe on the Dieucks website to avoid these issues in the future, as they seem too stubborn to admit when they’ve made a mistake!

A fantastic spot to relax and savor an excellent cup of coffee. Food Rating: 5/5.
