Contribuisci feedbackThe subway 2 employees were rude to some seniors who are customers. I saw this happen when they yelled out, our chief and our owner said they'd give away only 50 sub-parts. I asked for the owners phone number to call him, and I was rejected, I will never go back to the culver ridge Subway site. if 50 was a decision, then it should have been posted, and a family of an adult and 5 children should have allowed a certain number, 1.
Man.. I would give a 0 if I could. The staff is beyond rude and nasty.. they do not care about the customers. Their hours are not consistent (ie.. if they are supposed to close around 10p they will close around 830/9p). They will decide when they do not want to use the toaster and tell you it's broken. All around I will never be back to this location.
Ridge-Culver Subway...whomever is in charge should be ashamed of themselves. This poor employee was left ALONE! Let me repeat...ALONE! with a huge line. Disgusting. Where's the manager or franchisee. No chips, no onions, no cookies. if I was her I would've put the closed sign out. Oh but guess what. I bet she doesn't get paid if she doesn't go even in a bad situation. The sandwich was fine and she did an outstanding job! Subway has all these new sandwiches. Maybe also put in some effort getting the store staffed properly. And I don't care wah..we can't get anyone to work. Blah, blah.
Employees Didn't wanna provide service because I showed up at 6:45pm and they close at 7pm... these young guys you guys hire are so busy trying to leave work they are refusing services to paying customers.... Terrible store
Worst experience at a Subway ever, terrible service, rude staff, they accept orders then cancel them because they are out of bread but refuse to issue you a refund despite the fact that we didn 't get a single one of the three sandwiches we ordered through their app.
