Taco Bell - Rochester

This taco bell location is in need of severe help. the lines are long and took me 40 minutes to get through today. they have no one working inside. they also always get my order wrong. i love the food but that's only if i actually get my order.

Ordered last night. The food was nasty. The meat tasted funny. Had to throw out my other half of grilled cheese burrito

Great food but i was in line for 30 minutes at the drive through. The outside menu is also very difficult to see because it 's not well lit and too small. It made ordering twice as long and very confusing. When I finally got to the window the worker was asking me endless questions for some unexplained survey. I just wanted my food. At one point the worker suggested that next time I drive to a different location that 's not so busy I hadn 't mentioned anything about the wait so I thought it was odd that he offered up this suggestion. It kind of threw up a red flag to make me question if there was something wrong.

I placed an order for $13 at 7.39 p.m. on Sep 2, 2023, at Taco Bell at 1605 E. Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621. I arrived at 8 p.m., checked in with a middle aged lady, and waited. And waited, and waited for 40 minutes!!! At 8.10 p.m. I asked that lady about my order, and she said that I was second in line. I kept waiting, and many people came and left; I asked one of them when he placed his order, and he said at 8.53 14 minutes after me. That lady was totally incompetent, so I had to call the manager. He could not find the order so I had to show him my confirmation email. In short, a $13 order of two items took 1 hour to complete, and a couple of conversations..

Staff is super friendly, food was good and made correctly!
