Tapas One Seventy Seven - Rochester

Absolutely incredible. the host was a joy to speak while we waited for our table (we arrived a bit early) and before we even got the menu we were blown away from the facility. so many great paintings! but the most important thing is eating, and that was absolutely with the rest. it was incredible! the portion sizes are small (it is called tapas after all), but that meant that my partner and I all made our food ready and satisfied, but not overly filled. I would highly recommend!

It’s not a surprise this restaurant has lasted as long as it has. It’s been over a decade since i was last here. The atmosphere is upscale and classy the service was just impeccable from the host to our server who was amazing. Im pretty sure we tried almost everything on the tapas menu and enjoyed it all. Special call out on the lamb being cooked perfectly. Wish i had taken more pictures but we were wrapped up in the great food and atmosphere!

When I explore a city as a visitor, I usually don't go to the same place twice so that I can try different things. This place, however, was so good and drawed me back the following day only to find out it was fully booked and too busy to offer take out! During my only visit, the hostess, server, and food were all energized, the ambience relaxing and comforting, and the interior casual elegant. In terms of tapas, the portion was quite generous, especially when compared to Manhattan. I highly recommend this place (and the brewery next door) for anyone looking for a restaurant to relax and eat well.

Such a lovely low-lit vibe. I would love to go here on a date but it’s very nice to sit by the bar with a close friend. The food was delicious, I can’t say I have any complaints. My drink was strong just how I like it and my bartender was very personable. This is my third or fourth time coming here and I will definitely recommend this place if you want to have a nice, chill vibe with food cocktails that has an upscale feel.

Great food and cocktails!!! Food looked so delicious that we ate it before we remembered to take pictures!! It was busy, so there was a bit of a wait to order and pay, however, our server still tried to be attentive and friendly.
