Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Rochester

Wow! Stopping by on opening day was an amazing experience! The vibrant colors create a bright and inviting atmosphere for customers. Everything on the menu is healthy and affordable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the plant-based chicken had no extra charge! I enjoyed an avocado smoothie that had the perfect flavor balance. The hummus veggie wrap was both sweet and savory. I highly recommend stopping in to grab a smoothie. The owner/manager was very polite and actively supporting his employees during our visit. Of course, as a new establishment, there are a few things they will need to refine, but nothing that would make me give them less than 5 stars!

The smoothie I had was fantastic, but the flatbread was just average. The restaurant is quite small, especially when it's crowded, so I'd recommend either taking your food to go or sitting outside on a nice day. The prices were quite reasonable, and my smoothie was really large. I'll definitely come back, but I'll probably just focus on the smoothies next time.

After waiting a whole hour with no food, I called again and still got no response. They finally ended up refunding the entire order, which was nice. Then, when the food did arrive, it came in awful condition. The service here is terrible! The employees seem to have no idea about proper customer service. Nobody forced them to work there, so they should come with better attitudes!

Jeremiah is incredibly professional and efficient. He was also very patient with me as I took my time deciding what to order. Mac was similarly helpful and quick in processing my order. These two definitely deserve recognition and opportunities for advancement within the company, as they provided outstanding service!

This is by far the best smoothie spot I've tried in the area. I've recommended it to many friends, family members, and coworkers. It's affordable, has generous portions, a wide variety of flavors, and excellent customer service. At this point, I'm definitely a regular! I highly recommend it—10/10. As for the food they offer, not so much... but honestly, who cares when the smoothies are absolutely amazing!
