Culver's - Rochester Hills

Gave cashier exact change she dropped some and said I was short.. was also the only car in drive through atm then another pulled up and got their order before me while I'm just sitting waiting. Not worth adding bacon as its paper thin and the cheese on my burger isn't even melted. Do yourself a favor and go to shake shack, screw this culvers. Customer service was garbage and food is mediocre and I have literally no idea how this store is still running. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.

We used the drive thru the wait was not long so that was great. But the food runner was very rude! I said thank you , He turned around put his vape pen in his mouth walked away. Not very sanitary or nice to hand people their food with gloves on that your reaching in a pocket to get your vape pen. Disgusting.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a shake, and it was served with a spoon not with a straw.They gave me one of their mixers instead of a shake. When I had went inside because I ordered through the drive-through and ask them to re-make it everyone in that building was rude. Trying to explain how I was wrong instead of just remaking it. Then the lady who was making my shake told me that I didn’t have to argue with her when she was the one arguing and being highly disrespectful to paying customers. There was a lady present during this and she got in my face and told me to leave. She then said that she was the owners sister. This place is disgusting. I can’t even believe the people they have hired here. I am in customer service and how this went is not how you treat people. I wasn’t being argumentative I could understand if I was. The lady making the shake was rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing, and making the rudest faces. I have never been so poorly treated.

I do not recommend going to this establishment or even giving them you money. My wife and I had our order taken and a number given to us. They even charged my card but completely lost our order after waiting 30min. we gave up and left. We were not the only customers to leave there was a group of 5 people who had received the concrete mixer but also were done waiting for their food after 45min. I understand that in today's day it is difficult to find good help but that is no excuse for poor management. The only way we the people can make change is by not going there. That is why our family will not be returning to culver's. Especially this one.

Always enjoy our meals at Culver. They have the quality that McDonald's and Wendy's have lost. Their fries are absolutely the best. Had a spicy chicken sandwich that was delicious!
