Einstein Bros. Bagels - Rochester Hills

The bagels here are absolutely delicious, and my favorite is the Chorizo Sunrise. They serve robust coffee, and the staff is friendly, providing quick service. There's ample free parking, and the place is wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are available, but please note that there are no tables or seating options.

They were extremely busy this morning! Although they got my order wrong, they still took the time to correct it despite having over ten people waiting in line. Excellent customer service!

We usually enjoy getting bagels from this place, but this time our experience wasn’t great. The server told me that the bagel is never toasted with butter. When I mentioned that I order it that way every time, he seemed irritated. Eventually, he handed me a burnt bagel, which I discovered only later when I opened it.

Waited about 15 mins for a bagel and coffee and the store was hardly busy. 3 people working and they all seemed flustered and not knowing what they were doing. Advice to management, each team member should have their station and duties per shift and stick to them. There was a team member taking orders from where she was assembling food then I had to give my order a 2nd time to the cashier and he even seemed confused. Then, after assembly my order that female team member jumped onto the cash register for 1 customer before heading back to assembling food. Management, train your staff and do better!

My first and last time here. Ordered ahead by 20mins, online. Still ended up waiting another 20mins for food to be done and I only had 2 bagel sandwiches. And to top it off the bagel sandwiches had a tiny sliver of bacon and a very thin egg. $7 where? So disappointed and do not recommend! I will not be back!
