Mcdonald's - Rochester Hills

The burgers look delicious on the poster,but in reality,are flat,dry,and no lettuce??

I've never had an issue with the food not being fresh but do find it annoying that they always seem to pull 4 cars forward and in the pick-up spots to lower the line timer.

Came here at 3am an officer and I sat in the drive thru for about 30mins waiting the lady said she would be with me in a moment and never came back the officer left im still here

It’s 2 AM, and after a late shift, I often don’t have time to cook when I get home, so I usually stop by McDonald’s. I've had good experiences at this location until today. There was a lady working who I had never seen before, likely Hispanic. When I got home, I discovered that there was a bite taken out of my bun—not the rest of the sandwich, just the bun. I noticed this when I went to add my own mayo and saw the obvious bite. I'm planning to call and speak with a manager in the morning.

When you make the shamrock shake, do you just watch the blender and hope that some outside force will turn it on?
