I went here with my family yesterday and everything was really good, the Karak tea was amazing and the buns were incredible. We had Monalisa and pistachio bun both of them were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will visit again soon for sure.
I am not sure where to start but first the place is not well run. The cashier lacks any type of customer service. We ordered our food then we took a seat. Table was dirty, asked the cashier if they can clean it then Totally ignored us. He was chatting with the cook person while sipping from his drink all the time. Manager stopped by us looked the table, shook his head and left ignoring the fact we asked for our table to be cleaned. We decided to move to a cleaner table and not make this ruin our experience. We were closer to the kitchen were we can see the person that was sipping from his drink went to the back, grabbed some oranges to make our drinks without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Without thinking, I walked to him and asked him if these oranges for our drinks and he said “yes” that when I realized how dirty the blender was. My attitude totally changed and immediately asked for a refund. At that time we were already waiting about 20 minutes for our food. The manager over heard my conversation with the girl who came to situate the situation and he totally ignored the fact I have a serious complaint. Will never ever stop by again or even think of coming back.
Two foods in this Malaysian bakery I can vouch for, the signature bun and the mango lassi. Good place to hop in, family friendly.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly
