I went here sand, who was blatantly wrong and refused to consider it, still made new, but was extremely rudely worst customer service I ever restored

Potbellys has the best sandwiches in the city! her thunfish is amazing and I can't wait to go back.

The crew forgot that my sandwich’s wait for 30 minutes, was made wrong and had to rebuild after him, as the basic ingredients were not up. the personal was at least nice. it seemed simply unorganized.

Great service. Great management , always willing to fix mistakes too make you happy!
