Contribuisci feedbackWe have made our first open table reservation at red lobster and did not know that this option was available. Unfortunately, it was not helpful because we did not arrive at our reservation time. in the did, others without reservation were sitting as they went while we waited. I think the hostess was not trained over sitting procedures, although she was very pleasant. bad management. when we were set, we were ignored for 5 minutes. then we put our order, our drinks and salads came, but we had no cutlery. I had to hunt several waiters before we got serviettes and cute. no training is a bad thing in the restaurant industry, as there are many possibilities for customers, even in a pandemic.
Everything was great. Our server was Claudia and she was an outstanding waitress!!!
It was great, it was my girlfriends’ brother’s birthday. I requested to have a “happy card” to be made and the staff put together a nice well thought out hand written card. We’ll definitely be coming back here.
The waitress is very attentive and helpful. A very friendly attitude which added to the enjoyment of our dinner.
Good food, good ambiance, good service. This location is the best among all others Red Lobsters in metro Detroit area.
