Contribuisci feedbackAs for the cheese fries, they were stale and ice cold. It’s shocking that they would serve something like that. They were also excessively seasoned, so much so that the entire fry was a bright red color and unrecognizable. I typically enjoy my fries heavily seasoned, but this was just inedible. It felt like they were trying to mask the fact that the fries were old. I can’t believe this kind of food is being served. Where’s the quality control or oversight? This seems to be a recurring issue. We ordered through DoorDash and had no choice in selecting the location—it automatically directed us to this one. Although this Taco Bell has a 4.3-star rating on DoorDash, that seems misleading; it may be combining reviews from multiple Taco Bell locations in the area. I used to enjoy the Taco Bell on Rochester Rd, but it’s closed now. I mistakenly ordered from my favorites list, and it looks like it auto-selected this location instead of the one I actually preferred. So, a word of caution to other customers: be mindful of the location, even if you’re ordering from your favorites!
I've had a frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. I've visited three times, and each time there has been something wrong with my order—whether it was incorrectly prepared, undercooked, or missing items. The staff here seems quite disorganized. If you want your order to be correct, I recommend going to the Taco Bell on Rochester Road near Target instead.
The staff was young, immature, and rude! My food was completely mishandled, squashed, and shaken up. They even tore a hole in the bottom of the bag, causing everything to spill out when I got out of the car. The employee at the drive-thru asked me not to come back just because I mentioned that he had forgotten my drinks. He then closed the window and refused to open it again to help us. We didn't receive any utensils, sauces, napkins, straws, or even a receipt! I wasted over $25 on this meal! After honking a few times and waiting about 7 to 10 minutes, several staff members walked by and just laughed at us. I was extremely disappointed with the service in my hometown of Rochester. This Taco Bell should be embarrassed to have such employees working for them! You can see the photos of my food below – this is no joke; this is what I received! It was a terrible experience overall. Update: I live less than a mile away from this Taco Bell, but I'd rather drive three miles to avoid going there again!
Always had good expirences here. Went today and needed a minute for us to decide what we wanted and as soon as I tell the guy inside that we just need a minute he instantly keeps saying just let me know when you 're ready ×4. Maybe he 's just having a harder time than everyone else. Won 't be returning
I picked up an order at the drive through and I had a burrito supreme and some soft taco supremes. No issue with the burrito supreme but every one of the soft taco supremes looked like the people making them played a few rounds of corn hole with each taco while they were unwrapped. They were so sloppily made, half of the contents were outside the tacos. It was a nasty mess that I didn’t feel like eating, but I hate throwing out food so I ate it. This place is perfect for a pilot program to deploy food preparation robots, it can’t get here quick enough so I can grab a late night snack that looks edible. Keep in mind, this is not a problem with Taco Bell, it’s a problem with this specific location. The owner should read these reviews!
