I also use this (open table) for other nice restaurants in London and I never had a problem before. When we arrived there at 7:45 a.m., the time of our reservation was the type that was like the host position or in the reception that all people were welcome so rude (he was bald when I didn't have his name). We came there, said we had a reservation, and he said that he had nothing when we showed him the confirmation of OpenTable and his words were: “I have nothing, I’m sorry.” What's that? It's AWFUL. I get some mistakes, but it's unacceptable as he goes to a place where we go to enjoy with friends and then it just doesn't want to go back. I go to many different restaurants and they never treated us like that. If they do not have the reservations, then do not promote your restaurant in OpenTable, because it makes it an uncomfortable belief that you have something and then realize that you do not.
Not have been on the coast to the coast before in the rule on frankie and bennys end, but glad that we did not eat that was really good our waitress was excellent and the atmosphere was very friendly, definitiw back
The first time in this restaurant, service was brilliant, food was also very nice. Would recommend
Waitress forgot the order, waiting to be seated 20mins past booking time, so disorganised in there,
Booked through open table and was turned away saying they never had the space for our family of 6, did not recieve any phone call nor email to tell me otherwise so was left with nowhere else to eat and had to just go home and get a takeaway, staff was very unhelpful and just told us nothing they can do
