Little Caesars Pizza - Rock Falls

I ordered 2 deep dishes of pizza and both were not completely cooked. Crude pastry under the cheese. Not well paid $23 for partially cooked pizza not well.

Service was awful 2 people looked at me standing at the counter and walked away, the lady who finally came to the counter had a horrible attitude. I asked for 3 ranch and 3 jalapeno and cheese dip cups she rings them up so I told her I already paid for them when I placed my order she looks at my order and tells me there is only 2 ranch on the order. I go to my truck and get my phone which shows all the sauces she throws the rest on the counter I say thank you she replies with yep . I get home my pizza isn 't cut all the way through and my stuffed crazy bread seems as tho it is not even cooked just soggy do with cheese in it. And this is not the first time we have received bad service from this little Ceasars.

They are slow. The oven is also faulty burning one side of the pizza every time since opening. They are rarely hot and ready even if you don 't care which pizza you get. ALWAYS order ahead. Don 't expect friendly service from anyone but the big manager.

I went in to order pizza and the lady was very nice. Made me a fresh pizza and it was ready in a timely manner. great customer service! My son loves pizza so we will definitely be back soon!

Called my order of a sausage and a pepperoni pizza in and was informed it would take between 15 to 20 minutes till it was ready. I showed up exactly 15 minutes and they said it wasn 't quite ready yet but we will bring it out to your car when it is. It became 10 minutes after that and they still haven 't brought it out so I decided to go back in and ask about my order. They said it 's almost done and they will bring it out when it 's ready. It took them 25 more minutes after that to bring out my pizza 's. A total of 50 minutes when I was informed it would take 15 to 20 minutes. There was really no other customers so there shouldn 't be any excuse to why it took this long.
