Cicis Pizza - Rock Hill

First of all, the woman accused me of ordering 3 adult buffets when I clearly stated that I only had 1 child with me. She also told me that pasta wouldn't be ready in 5 minutes and we had to wait until the pizza was finally served. The atmosphere was gloomy and the floor was filthy with food scraps everywhere. Customers had to clean their own tables as the employees seemed to just stand around and do nothing. Overall, the place was disgusting and we will not be returning.

We usually enjoy dining at this restaurant, but our recent visit was disappointing. Some of the employees were rude, constantly on their phones, and didn't wash their hands or change their gloves while preparing our pizza.

The dining experience was excellent and they constantly replenished the buffet. Some staff members were not fully trained to prepare every dish, resulting in a slightly limited selection. However, everything we tried was really delicious.

Eating was great the restaurant itself was very dirty chair was sticky, so was table, but when they were with screaming children and starving for really good cicis this is the place

First off I want to say thank you for accommodating my family and I in our bathing suits (covered up of course). After a disastrous trip to a water park we decided to come stuff our faces with pizza , as one would. The pizza was good and the cinnamon rolls were awesome. They weren’t busy as all and we were able to take our time. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because they didn’t have much pizza to choose from while we were there. Otherwise we had a pretty good experience. Not to mention I hadn’t been here since before the remodel and it looks much better.
