Jack In The Box - Rock Hill

I have always heard good things about this fast food restaurant chain and I see why it definitely has a great taste for fast food! I like the variety of food they have available on the menu. They keep very clean in the dining area and bathroom, where also beautiful and clean as well! I look forward to future purchases in this business and in the future! The staff, where very friendly and helpful when you are using the menu and also very kind greeting from them as well!

The food here is great, although the service is a bit slow. However, that didn't stop me from enjoying my meal.

Service was so-so. No smile or thank you. Chicken sandwich was tough and dry. Curly fries were nice and fresh. Clean area to eat in.

If I could give no stars I would. I have come one night a week every week for over 5 months. They use to have a sign on the drive through saying we aren’t taking orders. And I’ve been sitting In the line now for over 15 minutes at the drive through and they have yet to speak or offer to take my order. If you are paying a night sift you shouldn’t be because go check receipts. They don’t even answer the drive through how can you stay open if you aren’t servicing customers??

Jack in the box! I was so disappointed. The shell of the tacos were changed into some type of cookie crust. That made it difficult to chew the ingredients were the same but without the s h e l l being the same as it was for I don't know probably 40 years and then brought to an abrupt change I will never go back there again whoever decided to change the shell just ruined the whole taco and the taste of the shell was not good either. This was my first dining at Jack in The box for over 30 years because none existed in my area but way back then Jack in the box was number one on my list especially for the taco. And to top it all off Jack in the box first began with a gigantic Jack in the box on a long Pole high in the air representing a Jack in The box toy that made Jack in the box a symbol even that was taken away another mistake anyway I will never return to Jack in The box.
