Moe's Southwest Grill - Rock Hill

The portions at this restaurant have become very small, yet the prices keep increasing. Even the serving size of the chips is not enough.

I will not be returning to this restaurant because they serve cold chops that are as hard as glass to eat.

Wonderful experience! All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating!

Very poor service the young staff there was very rude to the customer in front of us and continued to talk poorly of that same customer after they left as they were assisting us, they continued with there bad attitude as we were being helped. The burrito was rolled very half heartily with things falling out all over and we were given next to nothing in chips. After that experience we will not be returning to this location again.

Y'all I'm literally in tears from this disappointment in service this place has Done for me today. I called twice to make sure they made the order right. And The 2nd time some arrogant Male manger was trying to talk to me like I was A Dummy like the dasher doing a Double dash was my fault. So then when the dasher comes my order was still wrong no chips but I ordered Nachos. I'm so starting to Hate these fast food Chains. This store gets bad reviews all the time. I'll be reaching out to the upper manager Kevin in the morning. I'm So disappointed. They need to do so much better.
