Penn Station East Coast Subs

The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. On two consecutive visits, my order was either incorrect or poorly prepared. I also noticed that it took longer than usual for the food to arrive at the table. When I requested ranch or mayo, the server seemed annoyed and vanished for quite some time. Additionally, the trash cans were overflowing, and the tables were not clean. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, yet it did not meet the level of service one would expect, especially given the state of the dining area.

Good place to order subs. All food made to order not sitting around under heat lamps. Have a descent choice in food could use more choices. I had the steak cheese with fries. The fries are good! I recall a sign on the window stating they are cooked in peanut oil . Going to have to try them again order something different to get a better feel for the place

However, today was a pleasant surprise! The restaurant looked fantastic, beautifully decorated for Halloween and exceptionally clean. The staff were professional and courteous. I had to inquire about what had changed because the back area was spotless, there were no fingerprints on the glass, and all the workstations appeared freshly cleaned. I was thoroughly impressed. Great job, Penn Station! I believe it’s under new management, and they are doing an outstanding job! The food was hot and delicious, and I can confidently say we’ll be coming back more often!

BEST Cheesesteak and fries in town! The atmosphere is always welcoming and clean, and food is always fresh and delicious!

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered fries, asking for them to be extra crispy, but they were neither crispy nor freshly cooked—they seemed to have been sitting around for a while, and the serving was also inadequate. To make matters worse, the young woman who took my order had her hand up her shirt the entire time, which I found very confusing and inappropriate. I reached out as suggested in the response from Penn Station, but I've received no follow-up.
