Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Rock Hill

I went just a couple of nights ago after work so it was near 7 at night. The lady who assisted at the speaker was very kind and courteous. Even ensured my food would be made fresh. My wait was not long and the food was still piping hot once I made it home. Will return again.

Friendly customer service. The guy on the speak was nice, I just needed him to speAK up. The line is slow but that is not a big deal. We got the family tender meal. I like the tenders but this time they had too much breading. The hard crunchy pieces were too much for my teeth The biscuits were dry but the honey helped it. The fries were not fresh. They didn't have any warmth or heat feeling to them. Overall it was a good visit.

I'm not going back to this place. It was a disaster. No one knew about their choice. There was a mess on the floor of a machine that took all their attention. I have chicken nuggets for my granddaughter. It wasn't edible. Not cooked inside and maybe rotted. I tasted it when she said it was slim and it was disgusting. I wouldn't allow her to eat it. I also ordered two chicken sandwiches and I'm afraid to even try them out.

We came to this place at 9:26. We sat in the drive thru to 9:55 when I finally moved around, there were about 6-7 employees jist sottong around and you counted cash. Then they told me there was nothing they could do for us. We have no food and very dissatisfied. We'll never be here again. The Bojangles a few shops down has good food and treat customers with respect.

Eat for the first time at a Popeyes. Everything was pretty good. Just remember to ask for plates and so, we have a 10-part family meal to find out no plates, fortunately hotel had some.
