Contribuisci feedbackThe aroma of subway bread has a therapeutic effect on me. Honestly, it's always consistently delicious. Plus, their cookies are never dry, which I really appreciate. I'm a big fan of the tuna. However, I have to say that the cold cuts they offer aren't something I would typically pay for in a restaurant sandwich. But that's just my personal preference.
My wife, who is an amputee, had a disappointing experience with the staff during our visit today. While they weren't mean or rude, our order was incorrect. After returning home, she discovered the mistake and had to go back to the restaurant. Unfortunately, no one apologized or offered to resolve the issue, and nobody provided any assistance. The woman at the register made it particularly challenging for her to retrieve her food, as my wife uses crutches and struggles to reach over the counter. The register staff did not make any effort to accommodate her needs. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and we will not be returning to this establishment.
I decided to visit Subway because I had a voucher for the Ultimate Meatball Sub. I clearly stated what I wanted, but there was still a misunderstanding with my order. The staff member offered to remake it, but there was a long line of people during the lunch rush. Unfortunately, I ended up keeping the incorrect order. I don't think I'll be going back.
Good food. Okay service. No bad choice. There are also other sub-sites in the area.
There was an employee working in there game was Ashley and there was also two other employees in there started to make my sandwich put the meat on the bread and turned and walked away left my sub just sitting on the counter for a good 5 minutes while the other girl rang up the customers in front of me like how hard was it for her to just go ahead and finish making my food what is stage is going to leave it sitting there going to roll in the open and go in the back and talk to the other employee and then come out and get on your phone when I asked the other employee why does she do this she stated that we had a lot to clean up I guess she had to clean up her data on her phone I've never been treated like this at Subway before I definitely think there needs to be some management thank you have a great night
