The Brass Tap - Rock Hill

We had a great time here, thanks to our excellent server, Hannah, and Michael, who hosted Trivia Tuesday. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food is tasty. I tried the tacos, flatbread pizza, burger, tater tots, and fries, all of which were enjoyable. However, if the indoor temperature weren’t so cold and there was a bit more ambiance, the overall rating would be higher.

Tonight, however, when I handed over my coupon, the server informed me that they couldn't accept it as they had run out of something. I ended up eating one meal there and ordered another to go, expecting it to be fine. But when I tried to use my coupon, the girl told me they couldn't honor it at this time and suggested I speak to the manager. I asked for a burger to be removed from my order, which resulted in me losing out on a tip I would have gladly left. It's no surprise the place was empty — this kind of experience doesn't encourage people to return. Still, I appreciate the effort, but it was frustrating overall.

Awful experience. The service was slow, and everything felt dirty and sticky—tables, tea, you name it. Two of the beers we ordered tasted off, like lemonade. I struggled to figure out how to unlock the door for our dog, making it a hassle to come in and out. We had to ask multiple times for menus, ketchup, utensils, and napkins. They even served our dog the most unappetizing food. It's no surprise that the place was empty on a lovely Saturday night. The only positive note was that the staff was friendly. That’s the only good thing I can say about it.

Had brunch for Mother's Day and huh n waffeln delicious! the breakfast was great, just wanted to taste cookies, but they were from them. emily our server was excellent and very friendly! we're coming back!

We had a wonderful experience at Brass Tap in Riverwalk!!! Beers were fantastic and we tried a few ? Service was excellent with Cindy describing and recommending several menu items. I asked for boneless wings and they were not on menu BUT Cindy made it happen and they were absolutely delicious! The Carolina Gold sauce is fabulous? We also had the pretzel which is always a favorite? This is a hidden gem in River Walk in Rock Hill. We will be back very soon!
