Kfc - Rock Island

I'm not sure how this place is still in business. The staff is rude, and they consistently mess up orders. It seems like they're always out of something when you visit the drive-thru. Trying to place an order here is just a waste of time. KFC Corporate, please take action!

Ordered though DoorDash when I got my order half was either incorrect or missing. I talked with DoorDash they confirmed that?s all they had been given. Tried calling the location they absolutely would not pick up the phone. I literally tried for 20minutes.

Kfc on 18th ave. Never going back. I seem to always have an issue at that location. Chicken looks like it has sat in there all day, only 2 teaspoons of mac n cheese. It looked old also, discolored, not creamy at all, dried up. I thought we used to get abiscuit with a 2 piece meal..maybe not, but there was no biscuit. That 2 piece box went straight in the trash. The drink, cokehad no carbonation, it was flat.

I requested my meal without gravy, but it came with gravy anyway. I used a coupon for a 5-piece meal for two, but only received 4 pieces of chicken. The staff was decent, but the food was subpar.

I just bought a $36 meal at KFC on 18th Avenue in Rock Island, Illinois. Usually, the chicken is delicious and flavorful, but today it lacked any taste or seasoning. We even waited for freshly cooked chicken, hoping it would be better, but unfortunately, it wasn't. The chicken tonight was quite disappointing; it had no flavor whatsoever. I called to speak with the manager, but she was rather indifferent in her response. I'm giving this KFC meal just 1.0 star.
