Little Caesars Pizza - Rock Island

The pizza was good, but I encountered an issue when trying to complete my online pickup order—it only allowed me to finish if I included a tip. I usually have no problem tipping, but since it was a pickup and you don't even deliver to my area, which isn't far away, I just didn't feel it was justified.

I absolutely love the new four-quarter calzony, but this location doesn't carry them. I discovered this yesterday before the football game, despite seeing it advertised during the broadcast. I won’t be returning there again; I’d prefer to drive a bit further to the Davenport location. If you're not going to offer the advertised items, maybe it's time to stop calling yourself Little Caesars and just focus on selling basic pizzas. You could save a lot on franchise fees that way.

The food is quite good, although I find it a bit too doughy for my taste. The service is fairly efficient. The small pickup doors are really helpful for collecting orders quickly, although they can struggle to keep up during busy times.

Lil Caesars has the best of all!!! Food, staff, service, so they always get my business!!
