Pizza Hut - Rock Island

The best wings from any pizza joint. Pizza was perfectly cooked and delivered before its estimated time. Beautiful service.

When I asked for delivery time over an hour after the order, the person said that both the delivery driver and my pizza were not in the store. There was an offer to provide me with a loan, but as I order online and not pone, I don't see any way to use a shop loan. The van delivered a cold pizza. I'm positive, it was NOT cold when she left the store to deliver it. Ala in all it took an hour and 15 minutes after my order before my food was delivered to COLD. I owe the driver.

They gave my pizza to someone else and had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot with no compensation and barely a sorry. Employee was unsure if the manager would do something for me, ie. Free soda or Cinnabon. They did not do anything.
