Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Rock Springs

I got the Chicken Burrito Enchilada Style for the second time in a week, because it was so incredibly delicious the first time, and it was PHENOMENAL again!!! The Horchata (Craft Specialty) is the perfect drink to break up the flavors, and the Pico, Guac even the Sour Cream are all so good in the Burrito!!! There apos;s so much food I could never eat or all at once, but leftovers are tasty, too!!! I love that you can double the beans for the extra protein and nutrients, and so many good veggies in the whole thing make it an awesome meal!!! The Cilantro Lime rice just makes the entire Burrito perfect, as far as I apos;m concerned!!! A little taste of what Heaven must be like!!! Some of the best Mexican food I apos;ve experienced this far North of the Border, and I was literally almost on the Border in New Mexico a few months ago!!! So nummy!!!

Perfect nachos. Too much ice in the drinks but otherwise perfect overall.

The burrito was quite disappointing. The rice was undercooked and had a crunchy texture, there was hardly any meat, and it was cold (though that wasn't the dashers' fault, as they delivered it quickly to both the restaurant and my home). I paid over $15 for this burrito, and it was definitely not worth it.

The meal was quite good, but not exceptional. The beans, however, were really impressive. The cilantro lime rice was somewhat mild in flavor. The chicken was a bit bland, but it was still acceptable.
