I ordered a basic iced coffee and somehow they made it taste like garbage, I have no idea how. I have had this coffee before with no issues. It was awful and I will not be returning. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered the same thing yesterday and it had foam on top. Today, I ordered it again and there was no foam. In the past, I have made other orders that were incorrect or tasted terrible, so I was surprised when this happened once again. It's frustrating how I specifically requested cold foam and it wasn't even on the coffee.

I had a negative experience at the restaurant today when I tried to purchase a specific dish and they were unhelpful. Even the manager seemed indifferent to my presence. I was with my children and they refused to refund my money, only offering to give me a different donut after making me wait for 20 minutes.

I don't understand how a place could be so bad. I never had a bad coffee. my order was so bad in the last months. I ordered plant milk for my ice cream and cold foam in the app and when I went to pick up my order, they told me that they were from the extras I ordered and offered replacements that were not the extra $1 I had ordered. I chose everything they gave me and it was so rough. I called to ask if I could get a refund and the load manager offered me a new drink, but I just want my money back. the drinks are never mixed and I wait to order between the visit - only enough time to forget how terrible it was. I hope I only get my refund. also paneras coffee is better and that says something.

Coffee was made incorrectly to what I ordered and cashier seemed confused with the easiest task. Not one of their finest chain stores
