So I was driving and as I approached a stop light I pulled up next to the Jersey Girl Delivery van. I made a comment that the Italians got the best cheese. So they pulled over and I bought a fresh ricotta cheese. This was a half hour ago. I ate half of it already. Best fresh Italian cheese I ever had!!!!!

What a hidden gem! I used to live just down the street from the small store front and never had the chance to go in since i always walked by during off hours. I started to talk to the owner on instagram after following their impressive work for many months and FINALLY got to a chance to come by a few weekends before Thanksgiving. Wow.... just wow.... I come from an italian family so literally everything we got was a huge hit. I bought nearly one of every variety and everything was terrific. My personal favorite was the mozzarella. It has a beautiful outer skin and a thin layer of water that surrounds the inner cheese ball... my goodness... I haven't had mozzarella that good since my visit to Italy. You've got a life long customer here!
