Olive Garden Rockaway

Food was good but terrible service made us not want to go back. We went on a Wednesday night. We arrived by 8:50 and they close at 10 so there was plenty of time. The place was 30% full and we were told there's a 30 minute wait. Were seated after 20 minutes but service was terribly slow and bad. We had to keep going up to the service area and ask someone to find our server and send him over. Even then there was an average 15 minute wait time each time we asked for our server. The forks provided at the table were dirty. All of them. We asked for a change, the food arrived but no forks. Another 15 minute wait while the food got cold. The place was near empty so not sure what was keeping them. Bad experience. Will likely not go back here. Will find another place near us.

Ambience at this is amazing, it had nice touch of Italy. We always love coming to Olive Garden, great place with delicious food. Never disappointed.

Incredible as always and my go to place for great Italian food at a great price. Service is exceptional with a professional and pleasant staff that always greets you with a smile. AJ should be commended for his friendly disposition and attention to customer service. I like Olive Garden generally. But OG Rockaway Mall is the BEST!

I haven't been to Olive Garden in a long time but we used them to cater for Teacher's Appreciation Luncheon and they really went above and beyond. The staff got there early to cook so we could get the food on time, they packed it up so nicely and provided everything we needed and were just so awesome to work with. I didn't get to eat the food but it smelled great and everyone said it was delicious.

Bad service took a long time to greet and serve drink no refill. Food presentation very poor no cheese was offered on salad and soup. The restaurant was nearly empty so there's no excuse for poor service. Drink no orange or cherry. Even bar tender drink presentation was very poor. I'm paying for the experience don't mind tipping good but this server didn't deserve a tip honestly.
