Contribuisci feedbackI am extremely disappointed with this Red Robin restaurant. I have visited other locations that were wonderful. In the past, the burgers were served in a wrapper and there were paper towels available to minimize mess. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. My burger was mediocre and only slightly warm. I ordered an iced tea that was served without ice and at room temperature, tasting unpleasant. The service was also lacking. Our server was barely present and difficult to reach when needed, especially when it came time to pay the bill. I had to wait a long time for her to return, feeling neglected. Despite being a frequent customer in the past, I have noticed a decline in quality at this location and do not plan on returning.
The service at this restaurant was very slow. One of our entrees was incorrect, but because of the long wait, we ended up eating it anyway. The water we were served was unpleasant and tasted like water from a bathroom. It seemed like there were many staff members around, but no one was actively working to get things done.
We placed an online order and the food was piping hot and ready to pick up! We asked for extra Red Robin seasoning on our fries last minute, and they had them ready for us! The manager was also fantastic!
Food was good but Forget refills. After the food was served the waiter was nowhere to be found.
I've been coming here a few years and I love this location. Very friendly and attentive. Food is always good, so I'll always come back.
