The Cheesecake Factory - Rockaway

My wife and I went here for a late lunch/early dinner and were very surprised at how quickly we were seated even though it was busy. I had the Tuscan Chicken and my wife had the Garlic Shrimp and angel hair pasta. Both dishes were delicious, well seasoned and full of flavour. The cheesecake we had for dessert was excellent and Jordan our server was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be back!

I went on a Sunday so it was pretty packed, and eventhough, the food came on time, I got the Thai coconut lime chicken, with steak on side and it was splendid. Nachos were really good as well. (I didn't include meat in mine) This Cheesecake Factories is inside a mall so even if u do have to wait u can walk around, the Apple store is right outside.

Love love the Cheesecake Factory. The ambiance is .....perfect. Melissa the manager was wonderful. I was hungry and cranky when I sat down.It seemed to take 4ever to sit and be waited on. But they were changing shifts. It wasn't too long ago I was a server and it was during covid . Covid is already over in Holland because the people stayed home and masked up . Hopefully there is a light shining across all Americans soon. I apologized because I was a Karen tonight lol . Food was great as usual. Worth the wait . Cheesecake divine lo-cal cal luscious ..

I am a loyal customer to this chain. However I decided to have dinner here with my daughter. The service here is horrible. The front desk the girls are too busy talking to properly assist you. The waiter I had (I will disclose his name in my email to corporate) was simply horrible. He could not be found when we first arrived but before I could get up to ask to be moved he arrive. He seemed to rush us along so that he may get back to the conversation that he was engaged in. Our plates and utensils that were on the table were dirty and we had to ask for new ones. Once I placed a drink order for my child, still deciding for myself, he returned to chatting and using his personal phone as I sat right next to their serving station. It took a while for our food order because he took his time chatting as he typed the order. I even had to ask another person to provide us with water because he kept disappearing. Please do something about the staff and their level of engagement/service. The food was also not as great, which was surprising. Extremely disappointed.

Decent lunch place. Middle of the road , standard fare. The menu is huge , they can do some work on simplifying it. Favorite Dishes : Tex-Mex Eggrolls
