Spanky's Gyros - Rockford

Best Gyros in Rockford, also recommend the rib tips, wings, and chicken fajita on pita or the chicken kabob gyros.

Well I've been coming to this place since the first open think I tried almost everything on the menu they have LOL slowly one by one, really no complaint to be made the food is fresh it's like homemade real meat. The only people that might complain are the ones that ate used to the 10-second patty at McDonald's because they want to so quick if you are real meat hold up a minute.

Stopped in for lunch with a friend and the food was delicious! I had the Chicago hotdog and tasted the wings. The service was fast! I would recommend to others.

It was my first time there, and will definitely not be my last. The gyro was great, the drink was huge. But if their fries would have been home made. The lunch would have been placed in my top 10 in the area. Thanx Spanky for bringing that taste of Chicago to Rockford. I can't wait to go back for that burger.

Awesome we have tried almost everything on the Menu... Gryos are plump full of tender meat huge and delicious..Chicago Dog Big meal is a bargain and so tasty. Shrimp Basket big shrimp, great coleslaw and yummy fries. The Onion Rings are so good. I think I will stop cooking and we will eat here nightly, fantastic prices and Great food. The soups and Chili are so good. Support Rockford stop here for dinner tonight or lunch tomorrow.
