Taqueria La Katrina - Rockford

Go here atleast twice a week. Order the same thing. Literally every time I go there. Only reason why I go is because I have yet to be charged the same price more then once. The price is never the same. Makes no sense. One day 10 bucks. Then 17 then 12 then today got 4 tacos instead of 3 like I always do and an extra soda. How is that cheaper than the 3 with one can. Place is a scam and charges you what they want when they want.

Jessica Took Good Care of Us. The French Fries got sent back and we got them cooked longer because they were not done. The first basket of chips came out cold so Jessica brought us a fresh batch. Definitely will be back.

New to the area, walked in and was greeted right away by the young man I ordered a burrito dinner, 3 steak tacos, guacamole and chips. Didn’t wait to long for my order the norm 20 mins. Everything we ordered was delicious with good flavor and huge portions. Next time my family and I are dining in.

This restaurant was fantastic! The staff were friendly, the food was served hot, and the place was clean.

It seems that good service is hard to come by if you're part of the LGBTQ+ community. I experienced discrimination and felt unwelcome. If you don’t know how to treat everyone with respect and kindness, then perhaps running a restaurant isn’t for you. The waitress I encountered seemed to have significant difficulties in her role and questioned my basic requests. It would be beneficial for the establishment to hire better staff and recognize that we live in a diverse world with all kinds of people.
