Cloud 9 - Rockhampton

It may be small but the flavours are amazing. The service was great, the staff were really nice. A perfect end to a long day at work when you're away from home.

Beautiful meal and the management couldn't have been any more helpful if they tried. Would go back again.

Whilst on an overnight stay in Rockhampton we researched good old "trip advisor" to find a family friendly restaurant to take our two children aged 9 and 11 to for dinner. We chose cloud 9 as the reviews suggested it was the one to go to and was only a short walk from our hotel. Upon arrival the outside of the motel it is situated in didn't look very inviting, however upon entry to the restaurant we were felt like we were in a high class restaurant from Melbourne or Sydney. The wait staff were very attentive and friendly and enjoyed making jokes with us about our cheeky children. Now let's get to the food...and let's just say that it was amazing!! The portion size of the meals were huge (even the kids fish and chips appeared to be adult sized) and they all looked and tasted beautiful, which is a real credit to the kitchen staff. The total for our mains including drinks and dessert came to $120 which we thought was great considering the quality of the food and service. This restaurant is a "must visit" for anyone looking for a meal in Rockhampton. Highly recommended!!

Catching up with old friends for dinner was great. The menu has a good selection of dishes and all that we ordered exceeded our expectations. Compliments to the young Chef. A must dine when staying in Rockhampton

Searching for a good steak in the steak capital of Queensland should be easy right? Well it is now. Not only is the steak (I had the Diamantina eye fillet) great and cooked to order, its thee whole setting which is an experience. The salt and pepper calamari with the beautiful feta and spinach salad were the best I have ever been served.. the dessert was a treat too. Worth every dollar!
