Extremely poor quality of foods huh parmy swimming in oil. after complaining of the owners was extremely rude, offered no replacement or a refund. clear a business that is about their top line instead of the customer experience. disappointed! doesn't deserve the use!
I'm recently with some friends here and I'm here several times. the view of the beach is naturally stunning, but the current manager is very rude. when the three of us arrived, we found a single table that was free and not...we ordered our food and after we had only received our order, the manager came around and took another table and joined the one we sat on without asking. then he placed a reserved sign on our table with the name of the person who had reserved. I thought that was rude because we were sitting on a table that was not reserved and now we were sitting on a table that was supposed to be reserved for someone else. we weren't sitting there long when the people who had reserved one table arrived. the manager told us we had to go. we complained politely that the table we were sitting was not reserved when we arrived. the manager said again rudely that we have to go. the other group didn't want us to go, but we didn't want us to make a damper, so we just left. the manager does not understand the basis of courtesy or customer service. while this guy and his wife run the place, I will not come back. Hopefully there will be a change of management soon.
We wanted to enjoy the view here, and they were the only place that was open next to steel tree that was full. we thought we would support this little business. I ordered the chili muskeln soße was the resistance of the preserved tomaten soup. they may have pressed a tiny bit of chili sauce and a squeeze of lime. w strange. the half of the muscles had still their barte. it was limited by two pieces of garlic bread, which was very commercial tasting. I have eaten chilimuscles everywhere and can honestly say that this was the worst. also not cheap! my daughter ordered loaded chips. topping was a bit speck and crushed cheese, which was dry on the top as if it was reheated and went hard. She didn't eat it. my other daughter ordered bruschetta. again melted cheddar crushed cheese. Why? do not put this on the menu if they do not know how to make it! the staff saw blown by their angry owners. deko is uncomfortable. no cutlery was provided. no serviettes. I had to look. the water boy looked like he had never been washed. I'm sorry, but not back. looks like you focus on cheap drinks.
Not a good lunch experience. Turkish sandwich, Dublin, stale, ate filling which was really soggy and not very appetising, no avocado, bits of fat for bacon, yuk. Probably worse Turkish sandwich ever had. My friend had Thai salad, it was a plateful of coleslaw mix....Gave us water then went. Waited for 10 mins then told have to go to counter ourselves to order. Drinks cheap and only thing ok. Sorry but others seemed to be having discussions with owner/chef. Never ate here before, won’t again. Wish I’d taken photos of the food!
