Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rocklin

I've ordered from this Chipotle quite a few times, and overall, they’re excellent. However, there have been several occasions when the lettuce was tough and very bitter, to the point where I've decided not to order it anymore. The food is great; just skip the lettuce to avoid that issue, and you'll be all set!

The portions are small, the chips are chewy, and the rice is hard and crunchy. The prices are much too high for such inadequate quality.

The burrito was extremely small and arrived lukewarm and stale.

I work nearby and eat at this location at least once a week, always ordering the same thing. Recently, the employee assisting me informed me that they now limit customers to only two sides. I would like to speak with management for clarification on this policy. I believe the manager's name is Gage, but he did not address the issue personally. Instead, he left a newer employee to handle my concerns after I expressed my disappointment, which is typically the manager's responsibility. Gage eventually told her to give me my third side this time, but as she came to relay this information, three other employees emerged from the back and gave me rude glares. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Such treatment is not how you should handle a simple question from a customer. I recommend asking for Gage to see how he handles customer service and professionalism. I would also appreciate it if general management could reach out to me to resolve this issue.

Another perfectly placed delicious chipotle restaurant. Very clean inside, all the staff is very friendly. Fantastic food got our order right. Perfectly convenient located very close to the freeway.
