Contribuisci feedbackIn the past, my experiences have generally been satisfactory. However, I’ve now encountered issues twice in a row with missing premium toppings on my pizzas. Tonight, I ordered a medium Cali chicken bacon pizza with green peppers, but instead received a medium green pepper and mushroom pizza. If the premium toppings are unavailable, I would appreciate a call to let me know so I can choose something else. It’s not acceptable to deliver the wrong pizza and take my money without any communication. I must say, the drivers have been great.
I waited over an hour and a half for my food, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call. When the food finally arrived, my sandwich was burnt, and the pizza had a large bubble that covered half of it. Everything was cold. I tried to call to get a correction or a refund but couldn't reach anyone for 20 minutes. When I finally got through, I spent another 10 minutes on the line, but the manager refused to speak with me. This was the worst experience I've ever had with Domino's.
The crunchy thin crust pizza with tomato sauce is even better than the one with sauce and cheese. Orders are always prepared faster than we expect—sometimes less than a minute after we place them! Plus, there's a build-your-own pizza option, letting us customize our pizza exactly how we want it.
I Have ordered several pizzas and salad with you ordered one last night with salad and desert, however it took a long time for delivery and my pizza was closed to burned and you were out of salad..i need to know if the salad was credited to my card??? ithink with he holiday season your facility should be better supplied. PLEASE RESPOND RE MY CREDIT, THANKS
Food was never delivered. Store did not pick up the phone. I called for over an hour straight and no response. Delivery app showed delivered. My address was correctly listed and I selected the correct store. $50, gone, and no food to show for it.Going in the morning to see if there is ANY explanation. Update. Went into the store, was not given a refund because the system reset and the manager was not willing to come in to handle this situation. I was given the cooperate phone number but today isSaturday.
