Noma Sushi Ramen - Rocklin

I got the spicy beef Ramen (medium) was pretty spicy but really good. Hands down this is the best Ramen I've had ever. I'll be coming back.

I've been upset seeing sushi for $18 lately but I came here and was not disappointed! My $18 sushi roll was definitely worth it and was loaded! It was such a generous portion of everything: cream cheese, pineapple, lemon, crab, etc. I will definitely come back. Staff were friendly, polite, were kind enough to let us sit and chat (it was before 230pm closing so it was quiet). Really enjoyed the experience.

Ok it's been awhile since I've reviewed. 2 stars for quick seating, friendly-ish rushed service, and local. The food was a complete miss. The from the ramen, to edamame, to the 4 rolls. I am honestly shocked this place has so many 5 star reviews because this was so unsatisfying such a waste of money. The spicy edamame was doused in oil spicy sauce. Edamame beans were squishy honestly not fresh. BBQ tuna was OVERCOOKED and doused in yum yum/unagi sauce. If you actually read the menu it's a ton of DF shrimp, spicy tuna, cream cheese, and the same yum yum/unagi sauce. The zig zag crab hand roll was disgusting, it was bathing in masago and the initial bite of it all was bad. Whatever soft shell crab they used was definitely overly fishy questionable so I immediately stopped eating it. Husband had the ramen...you're kidding me right? Overly salted, and underwhelming. Even the hard boiled egg wasn't seasoned in soy sauce like they traditionally do in ramen houses. Overall hard pass for me and my friends. We didn't even finish our food. From appetizers to entrees everyone had something left on their plate.

The absolute best place for Ramen. It's so flavorful. The bibimbap us amazing. Everything they have here is amazing. A great, small cute place. Always friendly people that work there. I recommend this place to anyone that will listen.
