Papa John's Pizza - Rocklin

Placed the order at 1:00, got a message 10 minutes later saying food was ready for pickup, which was convenient because I was already on the way. The restaurant was clean, I believe it was the owner who I met today was super friendly.There is no dine in option for some peeps who were wondering.Pizza was good, the jalapeño bites were really good. Was really satisfied with this Papa Johns Location.

Worst pizza I have ever Had! I even called after I got home and opened the box to ask if they forgot to add the toppings as all I could see was cheese. I ordered a pepperoni and black olive and a Hawaiian Supreme. Some of the slices of the pepperoni didn’t even have one piece of pepperoni. The Hawaiian Supreme I could taste the pineapple but not the ham or bacon. Never again.

their outside phone service is terrible. You hear kids in the background, dogs barking. Giving your personal banking information over the phone this way is risky. Plus I was quoted different prices on their so-called specials Now the instore service is EXCELLENT ?. PLEASE PLEASE GET RID OF YOUR PHONE SERVICE IT IS MISLEADING!

I am disgusted and disappointed. Had my pizza delivered and found not one, but two hairs in my pizza. Literally baked into the toppings. They weren’t even the same hairs. One was short and black, and another was longer and blonde/gray/white.Will never be ordering from them again.

I have picked up and ordered for delivery. Service has always been great and easy to use their online ordering system. Their GF pizza is enjoyable; pretty basic crust that is thin and crunchy. The wings are great- prefer the buffalo and chipotle honey flavors. The original crust pizza is also great- especially when dipped in the garlic butter. MMmmm!! This is our go to pizza and our gluten sensitive household has not had any issues.
