Maine Street Meats - Rockport

We've been coming to the Rockport area for over 10 years and have had several lackluster culinary experiences (except for a consistently 5 star experience at Primo). Bleecker and Greer single-handedly changes the narrative! We enjoyed stromboli and sandwiches on their beautiful patio. The staff was friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to try their butcher offerings and charcuterie. We are so happy for them and will sing their praises! Amazing!

My basket contained two dented boxes of pasta, two takeout containers of pasta sauce—one tomato and one bolognese—and a chunk of parmesan cheese. There were no ice packs included, so the sauces arrived at room temperature after being shipped from Maine to California, which raises food safety concerns. The parmesan cheese was extremely old and dry, making it nearly impossible to shred. Everything still had price tags on it, which felt unprofessional and, frankly, overpriced for the quality. I ultimately had to discard the sauces due to the risk of bacterial growth and the parmesan was hard as a rock. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from this place and I'm truly disappointed that the person who gave me this gift was misled, especially considering the price point. Proceed with caution if you're considering buying from them.

Nice shop with good products but only open for the rich who don’t have to work or have staff to shop for them. Closes before working class people can shop.

A fantastic butcher shop with a thoughtfully curated selection of beer, snacks, and various food items. We enjoyed browsing through the store and picking out some delicious meats for our dinner.
