Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Rockport

This is the best Popeyes I've ever visited. The staff member at the counter was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We received exactly what we ordered, and the service was impressively fast. Ratings: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

I recently ordered takeout for lunch, and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The food was not enjoyable and lacked flavor, earning a rating of 1 out of 5. The service was equally disappointing, as there were delays and unhelpful interactions when I reached out for assistance. The atmosphere, which I would normally enjoy, didn't have an impact since it was takeout, but it would likely reflect the overall experience. In terms of price, it was affordable at $1–10 per person, but I would gladly pay more for better quality. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with this meal.

Chicken is awesome! Biscuit are good but shrunk in size. The sides are ridiculous now. The containers are so small they hold about four bites. Ordered at the drive thru and the service was okay. No real friendly personality but somewhat nice. Chicken sandwich was amazingly delicious. Enjoyed the new strawberry biscuits too! Food: 5 Service: 4
