Arby's - Rockville

I had a pleasant experience with quick and friendly service. The food was tasty, and the wait for my order was reasonable. The staff members who served me were very nice. I actually work at Arby's in Killeen, TX, right across from Fort Hood Army Base.

The person who took my order at the drive-thru was incredibly patient and provided excellent customer service. It was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and since I’m not very familiar with their menu, I appreciated the help. The food was served quickly, and I absolutely loved the delicious gyro! I will definitely return, especially for the $6 Deal 2. McDonald's no longer offers any special deals, so Arby’s has become my new go-to lunch spot.

The staff member at the window was very courteous, and the mac and cheese was quite tasty. The mint shake was definitely on the sweet side; after indulging in a lot of fast food and candy, that seems to be the norm. However, for my taste, it was a bit too sweet—I could only manage a few sips. But, given that it's fast food, it's what's to be expected.

Very rare that a drive thru can make me smile. From the moment she took my order to pay for my food, every employee was pleasant. I wish I had received the name of the young lady who took my order because it was fast efficient and very high. When I asked for a Jamoka shake, she was on her head right away. So if you're me. The mood for Arbys this location is worth a visit.

Fresh food is always the biggest draw to any food establishment. However, when a vegan actually contemplates consuming an Arby's sandwich, you know the food must be good. Ah but I did not indulge, my fries were delicious and my nephew inhaled his sandwich. If ever I decide to cheat on vegetables, I will do so with an Arby's sandwich!
