Boston Market - Rockville

Clean restaurant, bathroom was in stock and neat. Cashier was friendly and welcomed me quickly. The food was served in a reasonable time. The food was hot. The manager stopped to check with me. Good experience.

Food was not amazing, the garlic herbs chicken had burned too much garlic, the Mac and cheese tasted, I asked for loaded potatoes and got loaded potato wedges. Mary was the only reason I gave this Boston market 5starts. You need more people like her, she went around and gave every extra napkins with a smile in her face, she was super sweet when the food was on the table because Mary got you 5 starts.

The staff here are always very friendly. They sometimes run out of chicken in the last 30 minutes of the night, but everything is consistently fresh, including the side dishes. Plus, the seating area is usually quite clean.

A good place to get a healthy meal for the children when you are in a hurry. This special location is next to Badlands Play place, so it is convenient to go from there, get a healthy meal for my little one.

Typically, the food here is enjoyable, but I was let down by the NE menu item, the baked crispy chicken. I ended up spending $10 on what was essentially shake and bake chicken. Next time, I think I'll just stick to the regular menu.
